Wait... So Difficulty DOES still apply to PvP & Arena

I thought originally when the update started difficulty no longer applied to PvP or Arena, However now it says that it does. Was there a silent update that changed it back? So confused right now

Problem was, difficulty was still effecting PvP/Arena but not increasing reward. So they reverted it back while they fix it.

• Difficulties are still applying stat buffs in PVP + Arena but not rewards. Status: We have reverted them back similar to the way they were working in 1.0.8. (apart from the fact that the AI Combo Breaker will gradually turn itself off in ALL difficulties now). They will be changing to the way we intended them to be in patch 2.0.
