What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I started with 18 sigils, 4 from daily reset, 14 from shop tier IV.
I started with 7 Ice Forge Scrolls from shop tier IV.
I started playing Tower of Doom. Defeated room V on floor 1 and got an Unlock Scroll. Then I fought the Doom on this floor, which had a Valraven in 1st position.
When I defeated all enemies the error appeared. (See picture.)
After restarting game because of the error, I realised that I have lost all my progress. (See picture.)
I now have not defeated room V and Doom on floor 1, but have lost 2 sigils. (18 → 16.) I have received no reward too cause I still only have 16 sigils and 7 Ice Forge Scrolls. (Spent 6 upgrading weapon, now only 1 left, so 6 + 1 = 7. Spent 2 sigils fighting 2 battles, but a Valraven should give back 2.)
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This only happened once since I stopped playing the Tower of Doom after the bug.
Steps to make it happen again
Don’t know.
I would like to get 4 sigils back, 2 from fights + 2 from Valraven.
