[Tech Issue] Tower of Doom - room locked open, can't enter boss room, stuck on floor 2

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I played Floor 2, Room 2 - got a power forge scroll but didn’t pay attention to anything else. Room stayed open, but can only be entered with a Fireball Scroll. Finished other rooms - no unlock scroll. Can’t enter boss room & can’t continue up the tower :frowning:

Room 2 card image should have gone and been replaced by skull & crossbones. Should have received an unlock scroll somewhere.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
Just played the room as normal. Not sure if I clicked to quickly on the button after the rewards for the room appeared or something. No other obvious thing I did differently from usual. [Ctrl][TAB]ed to another window at some point.

Hey, I just replied to your support ticket about this.

Your Sigil wasn’t taken for floor 2, room II so you’re safe to play that battle again.
There may have been a connection issue when you finished that battle as your progress wasn’t received on the game server after the battle so you didn’t lose a sigil.
