To all American people: who are you gonna vote for?

I feel obligated to add this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillary_Clinton_email_controversy

It isn’t a “conspiracy theory.” It’s a huge deal, and anybody who’s lived in that world certainly understands that the only reason Clinton hasn’t been prosecuted to this point is due to collusion and corruption. WikiLeaks has actually shown nearly all of that to be true, particularly with regards to collusion between the IRS, DOJ, and the White House.

Those who think our government isn’t corrupt or that this is just a “vast right wing conspiracy,” as Hillary herself called it, are willfully putting their hands in the sand and denying reality.

For the record, I am voting for neither.

Oddly enough, when almost 90 different senior officials during the Bush presidency were found to be using non-governmental emails instead of official channels so they could bypass transparency laws, that wasn’t a huge deal. When Karl Rove deleted 22 million emails to cover the Bush administration’s tracks during the mass Attorney General firing scandal, that wasn’t a huge deal.

Want to know the real reason that it’s a huge deal when Hillary Clinton does it? Because the Republicans have spent 30 years accusing her of everything up to and including literally murdering people. Not “proving”, not “convicting”, just accusing. People associate her with “scandals” because the Republicans have spent a generation throwing scandalous accusations at her. After long enough, people stop remembering the fact that they’re always wrong, and just remember the accusations. It’s probably the longest unsubstantiated smear campaign in history…so that’s kinda impressive, I guess?

And similarly “for the record”: The Economist ranks a theoretical Trump presidency as one of the top 10 biggest threats to worldwide economic stability - it’s rated just as dangerous as “global jihadi terrorism”, or “China going to war over the South China Sea”. Not voting, or “protest voting”, is unethical.

This is absurd. 15 people were convicted in the Whitewater scandal, but the Clintons themselves avoided prosecution. Bill Clinton was impeached over the Lewinsky scandal. It’s completely disingenuous to act like these are only wild accusations. Many have been investigated with significant criminal activity found and prosecuted. I’m sure it’s just coincidence that all Clinton scandals involve known criminal activity but none of them include the Clintons themselves. That is an absurd proposition.

With regards to other e-mail scandal, nobody here has brought that up or defended it. Aside from the gradeschool adage that “two wrongs don’t make a right,” it is not an apt comparison because that did not involve classified data (which is the biggest problem, not that she used a private server).

Try some intellectual honesty rather than partisan bias.

Thank you for picking up where I left off, @Amadan. Unfortunately there are too many willing to buy in to propaganda and rhetoric than to actually do their own independent research from actual reliable sources to confirm what we have been saying that comparing the two is laughable. Unfortunately much of it sounds like it’s falling on deaf ears.

This gives a good summation of why it’s ridiculous to compare the two as if the transgressions are equally bad:

Lol it’s only a joke don’t want to offense anyone

Which Debate was that one? LOL

I can sum up this entire thread and the whole election in three words:

America is screwed.

After reading the policies of jill stein, i do not care if my vote matters or not, i am not voting the lesser of two evils, i am voting stein. Also come halloween she is going to take so many franken stein memes. We missed our chance to meme her too, i wish hindsight this year was not terrible.

Prediction, Trump gonna win

If Stein can get 5% of popular vote, then she is entitled to federal monies in 2020, ie she will be treated like a real candidate. Actually get included in things like debates, polling, etc.
This would actually give us a real 3 party election instead of this horrible two party system.

Stein… the only vote that actually affects change!

Hillary Clinton is leading the GoW voting…

Not from the info i have gathered, prelims are hillery is leading. I will be sad if jill does not win. If she does not win my perfect streak of voting for the loser will be 100%. [quote=“efh313, post:135, topic:14758”]

It will depend for who Florida gonna vote

I don’t think so. Could be the first time in history where a candidate wins OH and FL and loses the election. Fascinating how the demographics of the US have shifted so markedly so (relatively) quickly.

im really worried that enough people will do this that in the non swing states, they will become swing. ive heard people saying - i voted stein, because i live in a state where hilliary is gonna win for sure… well hopefully this doesnt come back to bite us.

I hope we vote Trump in, and make a real change to our country.

If your voting for Hillary you are a blind sheep. Any “Politician” who does not own a company, only has been a politician, Bill was disbarred from being a lawyer, and she never created a product. Somehow is worth 300 Million in net worth? Can you explain this? Its very easily explainable, she is selling American Influence in Politics and that is VERY ILLEGAL, it puts our national security at risk while she is becoming a billionaire without a company.

Now if you feel that is OK, where she profits from your losses because shes creating policies that help offshore your jobs giving corporations tax write offs for sending jobs overseas and increasing our unemployment and reducing our national value which in the end moves us closer to a 3rd world country. Your insane.

If you think raising the minimum wage or trying to force a company to pay benefits will lead to more or better jobs, you must not understand business well. There are companies which can afford this, and there are small business which cant. When you are looking for a job, if you don’t want to work for a business that doesn’t offer benefits, don’t apply for work there.

There is so much wrong with Hillary, that I would vote for my dog before her. She is for selling out the American people for personal profits.

Everyone is free to vote for whoever they want

Please quit spreading lies as truth; you’re better than that. Educate yourself before you call other’s “blind sheep”; it’s never been easier to do:

Edit: I am not pro-hillary, I’m just anti-bullshit.

oh but @ogunther - dont you know… snopes has been “found” to be run by people who dont know how to do more than google and is a liberal screen to help promote liberial views and to hide and confound the conservative’s correctness.

sorry im really upset about many things with this election. i too believe in doing your own research. im okay if someone truely thinks trumps policies are going to address their personal issues and fix america the way they want it to be. i havent seen many on either side that has done this level of research. I did for my canidate. now as being in a swing state i am voting against trump. not for hilliary. if i wasnt in a swing, i probably would have voted someone else. … anyone else.
