Platform: Switch (v7.2) in handheld mode (touchscreen controls) – but may occur on other platforms if we can identify what actually causes it.

- In some cases, when returning to the World Map screen, the round Kingdom cursor becomes stuck in the center of the screen as I scroll the map around (via touchscreen), instead of remaining centered over its last selected Kingdom (or Faction). This does not.prevent me from actually selecting a Kingdom on the map (it is strictly a visual error) but it persists until the map is reloaded.
This is not my first time noticing this, but it doesn’t happen often so I don’t know what actually causes it to misbehave like this. Maybe my 30 seconds of footage can provide some clues?
