My guess is that they’re choking the amount that are sent to Global so there isn’t as much spam when folks open big batches.
Missing troops announcements isn’t a big deal.

What about dialog lines - I didn’t test it yet, our guild chat is almost dead unfortunately. But devs said it fixed, in patch notes.
