Everything that would require actual currency in the shop is blocked, saying “You already own this and cannot purchase it again”. In my case, not true. My b/f gave me some ‘Independence Funds’ to get the Lapina bundle. On the xbox one.
Hey I’m sorry you’re having this issue.
You might need to change your Xbox settings:
- On the Xbox home screen click the Xbox button on your controller
- Select Settings
- Select account
- Select Privacy & online safety
- Select Xbox Live privacy
- Select View details & customise
- Select Buy & Download
- Turn Off “ask before buying”
Then check to see if you can purchase things in Gems of War after that.
I know this isn’t ideal sorry, you might want to turn the setting on again when you’re done.
