(Resolved) I can't see anyone in global chat

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:
‘I was trying to start an Arena battle, but Gems of War loaded Broken Spire quest instead!’

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doing a particular game mode?

Steps to make it happen again
Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!
Example: I lose once in the Arena.
I then exit to the world map.
I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena.
Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena

You just posted the template without editing it to say what the problem actually is.

I think we all know what the problem is. This has not been fixed for over a year.

Global Chat often requires Disconnect then Reconnect or restating game for chat to appear.

Instead of releasing new content how about fixing the constant chat delay and other issues.

Not that I use it at all but I have noticed this past couple of days that the chat screen is blank.

Sorry, but based on your post I don’t understand what your issue is

Can you please provide some more details as to what is not working? For example

  1. Are you able to select the green downwards arrow and select “Connect” to chat?
  2. Can you post messages?
  3. Can you read the chat messages but not select profiles?

If you could take a screenshot that would be great:

Its fixed and every was blank i had to uninstall it and reinstall it and that seemed to have fixed it

Meant every global was blank
