(Resolved) Everything in brackets can't do pet rescue

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:
_ trying to play the game but no names on any area example (3001_name) cannot do the event yesterday or today won’t show daily tasks either. Pet rescue locked
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? since yesterday
Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doing a particular game mode?

Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!
If I turn the game on again it happens.

Hey @Cableguy, glad you got that resolved :slight_smile:

Could you please let us know (to help the game team resolve the issue):

  1. What language settings is your Xbox on?
  2. Is this the same as the language set inside Gems of War?
  3. When the game first started to show the issue, did it download anything when opening?

Xbox is set to English.
Gems set to the American Flag.
I wasn’t In front of the console the first time. I just started the game and left the room so not sure on the download.
