[Reported] Tyri's Treasure Hunt skill not providing Treasure Maps

Mobile, SM-G965U (Samsung Galaxy S9+), Android version 10

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Treasure Maps to drop at a 20% chance while using the skill. After using the skill 100s of times, have not received a single Treasure Map.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This has been happening in all game modes where I’ve used Tyri and is still happening.

Steps to make it happen again

  1. Make a new account
  2. Get Tyri right away
  3. Use Tyri for all battles that are not restricted
  4. Use Tyri skill Treasure Hunt several times each battle
  5. Never receive a Treasure Map

What I think is happening
I think this could be related to being under level 51 which is when Treasure Hunt becomes unlocked in the Games menu and therefore Treasure Maps are removed from the in battle loot pool. I am however able to obtain Treasure Maps from the shop purchasing them using Glory resources. This proves it is possible for a lower than level 51 account to obtain Treasure Maps. I could not find any documentation/hints that the Treasure Hunt skill has a level requirement for Treasure Maps to drop.

Hey!

After some testing this morning on below and above level 51 account, we were able to reproduce this. They should be dropping Maps if the chance has been triggered, so this has been passed on to the development team to look at getting resolved!
