What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When a battle is finished and return to Krystara map a red flashing background appears for a second.
An Halloween trick ? xD

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I tried several times to battle my defense team, after fight is over it happens

Steps to make it happen again
Play various mode and swap through screens

Android 10; so far I see the brief flash of red world map when clicking through after battle completion in Explore and in Adventure Board.

I do not see it in (ranked) PvP or Dungeon or Pet Rescue.

On steam I noticed its happening after the victory screen in the guild event, explore and challenge battles.
