PS4 Customer Service is now horrible

before this “change” in the way you report problems and submitting tickets, Customer service was great…within 12 to 24 hours ever issue I had was totally resolved

Now I have had a simple ticket in queue for almost 3 days now and nothing…it was looked at…but nothing was done about it

if Kyle is no longer working in that department, Bring that man back, he was awesome at his job

I’m on the Xbox, and I agree Kyle at 505 has always been fantastic. Good luck with you request.

Arsen always seemed to be the one who sorted out my PS4 problems but I’ve not had him help me in ages.
