Troops normally give 50 power to the kingdom that they are in… but Khaziel with 11 troops only gives 510 power instead of 550?
When you have more than 10 troops, more than 200 levels, and/or more than 30 traits in a kingdom, they only give 20% of the points. This is intended.
Edit: Double checking traits work the same way. They do.
Is this going to change due to the extra kingdom star levels that are coming?
No. The extra star levels take this into account by having (slightly) fewer points required per level.
