Since the thread has mentioned some PS4 issues too, I just wanted to add that I also have the issue of 2 challenges wanting to raise my kingdom level but everyone is at 10 (was hoping a new kingdom would have been added today but no luck there.) Do I basically just need to wait for the next one to be unlocked?

Also, Avina has a minor bug. Her text shows how much damage she does (which her base is down from the previous version of the game), but it doesn’t mention her 3x damage vs. Undead (which does work properly fortunately). Someone who was using her may see that she’s “weaker” without realizing that she now has that perk.

I had an extended chat yesterday via the support site. After a week of freezing i managed to play for an hour and a half yesterday. With the weapon and cards the game froze previously. But after some decent playing the game froze agin. Just in a random challenge.

I tried all steps provided, but for now the game is unplayable. It keeps freezing after the last patch/update.

I have over a 100+ hours in the game without this happening so it has something to do with the new update.,

For the moment i am done with the game. I hope this will get fixed in the future.

Okay, I get it now. Your game is freezing sporadically when you use the Eternal Flame weapon! You aren’t alone in this problem, as you can see: Bug with Eternal Flame on PS4 - #38 by Elleandra

That’s a known bug, that we’re currently looking into.

I noticed it froze with another weapon too today. I used eternal flame before the patch without any hickups. For now there is no other option then to wait for a fix before playing this game again.
I’ll keep a close eye on the forums.

What other weapon was also causing your game to freeze?

The more information we get about this problem, the quicker we can work to resolve it.

That’s a good question. I don’t remember. I believe i picked a random yellow weapon. I’m sorry.

When i play a game in the future i try to remember to record it.

Hi. Today i started the game and i see there is an update. For the moment i haven’t had an issue with the game freezing. That’s a good thing. If you guys fixed it , that would be great… and quick…:wink:

However the update changed the cards menu again. It was good since the last update. Now when i pick a card and want to upgrade, enchant etc, and then go back, i have to scroll down the whole menu again. Last update the game remembered the card were i was.

I am happy you guys constantly working on the game and i will keep monitoring the situation. If the freezing is fixed im very thankfull for now though .

As for the menu issue, @Mr.Strange addressed that point in this thread: Tomorrow's patch brings shorter loading times, fewer crashes - #65 by Mr.Strange

So, you can consider that menu to be a work in progress.

That’s great. I have a lot of confident now. The last fix was very quick. Kudos to that.
