[Not a Bug - Purchase Issue] PS4 Holiday Calendar Offer Not Giving Resources

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Purchases the holiday calendar offer for 84 gem keys and 8 CIP keys and it says I own it but it did bot give me the resourses. Restart did not help.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This began today on 12/27
