No reward for Guild Task (Resolved)

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

I went to my mail to claim my task rewards, and found that many rewards, 6 in total so far, are claiming that I claimed them from another guild, and am ineligible for rewards as a result. I have not changed guilds, and have been a part of the same guild for months.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

This happened today, and it is the first time that it has happened that I am aware of.

It’s bevause you received the rewards from another guild. Did you just change guilds at reset? You can only claim guild tasks once per week.

Did you not read my post? I have not changed guilds. I have been a member of the same guild for months

I’ve had this problem before. If you submit a ticket support should sort it out for you.

It’s an issue with several people donating too much too quickly
Just contact them, and they’ll sort it out
