Don’t have Glaycion 
If you have event keys, spend them. If you have glory, buy Spoils of War for the event keys until you get Glaycion. That is one seriously good troop. So is Bloodhammer.

How exactly does it work if two different troops call a storm at the same time? They cancel and there’s no storm? I’ve been using

Lots of fun- the ice storm from ice troll makes lots of blue for bloodhammer’s cast. I was collecting stones to trait up bloodhammer, but if it will jeopardize my storm situation, I might not do it…
The last one that activates depending on position in your team from top to bottom, stays activated and replaces what storm was on before that.
So in your teams example Ice Trolls storm would overwrite Bayhammers storm.
