Couple of questions:

  1. What platform where you playing on?
  2. What were you doing leading up to the load screen?

  2. I was playing PvP

Did you switch between playing Gems and another program on your pc?

I don’t believe so, I don’t recall it if I did.

@Nimhain, but I did check afterwards, it didn’t count as a loss against me according to the leaderboard.
