What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I lost my account. I read here to reinstall the game, when you have battle load issue. I have reinstalled but I lost my account. I was level 600+, and VIP 3, I dont want to start again, what should I do?
What are the steps to make it happen again?

Submit a support ticket with “account recovery” as the topic and give them all the info you can about your account: invite code, level, guild name, etc. The support team is currently prioritizing these tickets, but it may still be a few days before they get to you.
