If you can. Try changing your way of getting internet. For me I can switch from home wifi to my phone hotspot. To make sure it’s an issue with the game and not your internet. Otherwise try resetting your modem. If that doesn’t work and it’s definitely an issue with the game. Then submitting a technical issue ticket will get you help quicker than the forums most likely.
