Ive left the game as nobody can be arsed about my game missing loads of content…I was a GM of TheOnlyWay Is Up my own guild but it has been downgraded as well…The Guild lvl and the Gaurdians lvls dropped along with half of my game gone missing…Ive been patient the past 2 months but evertume i log in something is different and for the worst…How can halve my game go missing and My Guild Drop in Stats??Over 50 mythics troops amongst others…weapons…pets…etc…All gone…This is mot exceptable by any means…Now i have to go and check my xbox purchases to see if anything i paid for is gone…i hope not for your sakes because if there is ill be sueing your asses ok…Fix my game guys
Might want to watch your language because they have banned folks for less and there could be underage or folks that cannot take a joke reading the forums.

If you change your mind about playing, can you please add this information with more details to your open support ticket so we can try to look into it for you further?
Also did this happen recently with your guild or could it have happened any time over the past 5 months?
If you have recent examples of things being downgraded or going missing (ie. last 3 weeks) it will be much easier to give you solid examples of what happened.
Currently we can’t see anything wrong with your account. New content has been added to the game over the past 6 months so you are not expected to have everything unless you played every event for the past 6 months or at least have been very active during that time.
To answer your question about how it could happen:
We’re not aware of any way it could happen - it would be incredibly strange for it to happen due to the way your collection and Kingdom/Faction progress is stored - basically I’d more expect your entire collection to be affected, not specific bits and pieces. I’m not saying there couldn’t be a bug at all ever, but I’m just not seeing it that’s all.
As I’ve mentioned I’ve spent a lot of time restoring server back ups to check old account data to ensure nothing was actually deleted over the past 7 years across multiple player accounts, including my own, and haven’t found anything that went missing.
If you have a connection issue where the game server never receives the information that you upgraded, purchased or crafted something then your resources are restored. If you see that you unlocked something on your screen - that info has already been saved to the server and what you’re seein gis just a visual representation of what already got saved to your account. Basically the only way to lose levels etc is if that never got saved in the first place which would be noticeable immediately - you’d get lag, a connection time out and next time you looked at what you upgraded the progress would already be gone.
We are sorry to see you go as we would have liked to have gotten to the bottom of this, but I understand.
