Missing content

I was away from my game for 5 or 6 months due to work but when i logged in to play i was missing alot of stuff almost half my stuff is gone from Mythics…my weapons…pets…my delves have been lowered…lots of stuff downgraded…etc…ive sent in tickets about this and nobody has gotten back to me about it since to let me no what you guys are doing to restore my game…i have 3 accounts that i use and theres stuff missing from them all its ridiculous how much stuff has been taken…I run my own guild called TheOnlyWay Is Up and some if my members are reporting to me that they are missing some stuff also…Please fix my game…Thankyou kindly
