Sure, especially if you want to run Finesse Team.

It’s niche, but the 3x finesse team is good. You also need weapons for kingdom levels.
Weapons take much longer to come around again if that helps with the decision.
I would say to craft it if you need it for kingdom stars. Or if you see yourself using the weapon with a team for whatever reason.
If neither of those apply? Save your diamonds for stuff you’d rather have given the effort it takes to farm them in any substantial quantity.
