[Investigating] Weird interactions between ubastet and reflect

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
expected to happen: when ubastet casts spell, two troops should be killed
actually happened: the second blow of ubastet’s spell which does instant kill was prevented by reflect status effect.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Ubastet should be killed by the reflect also.

no, definitely not, instant kills have a built-in dispel after 4.6 update

i’m against this idea, because it doesn’t look like these two effects are caused by one mechanic.
aoe damage missing targets is a visual bug. but this one is not, instant kill part of ubastet’s spell simply gone.
