The tarot card of the Adana kingdom pass, Ace of Runes, belongs to the minor arcana set. As such, it should have the corresponding minor arcana trait [TRAIT_SUITOFRUNES] (“Suit of Runes: Give 4 Armor to all Allies when matching 4 or more Gems”), not the major arcana trait [TRAIT_GOODTAROT] (“Good Tarot: Grant a random status effect to a random Ally when an Ally casts a spell.”).
This likely got mixed up when configuring the troop. Each suit has its own shared third trait, see also Ace of Wands and Ace of Cups.
