I haven’t updated yet but the game crashes on the loading screen. What’s up there?

Okay - we’re online again, and everything should be working fine.

We recommend you quit from any session you are currently in, close the game down entirely & restart IF you had already updated.

If the game is still kicking me back to the tutorial now I’m guessing I have an issue yes? I put in a ticket just in case.

Have people been able to fix this problem/how long has it taken to get a response from support?

Kinda wanted to check out the new goodies before i went to sleep.

@Personette You should be able to update and play now.

I got the thing where it wiped my account info & i logged into a fresh start, and i can’t access the password i’d need to link to my hero.

Wondering if there was an easy fix (would deleting and restarting make a difference?) or, alternately, what the queue looks like.

Though it’s too late at this point–just as well, really.

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling first.
