playing off an Android tablet, and update does NOT appear in play games. the game won’t let me play, it says a newer version available and then asks me to restart.
it won’t autoupdate,t here is no option to manually update anywhere in google or in game.
this is the second update in a row this happened, last time I had to uninstall and reinstall to get past. what am I missing?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
Also what tablet do you have ? What is the operating system and OS level?
I figured out what’s wrong but I don’t know how to fix it. when i first installed GOW, it was because my first tablet with it was dying.
I wound up installing the game from the web browser on my new tablet instead of Play games.
now, for some reason, Play Games does not recognize GOW, it doesn’t show up in the installed games option, and Play won’t check for updates.
You can’t just update game without a vendor.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled game with PlayGames twice now, and Google STILL won’t recognize the game on the tablet. idk how to tell PlayGames that it’s on my tablet.
I’m annoyed.
