We are in bracket 254, and our weekly schedule set us vs guilds from bracket 253
What are the steps to make it happen again?

upping this not because it’s so problem for us, but maybe it could have happened to other guilds too.

Hey, we’re investigating this issue.
Basically even though it says you’re bracket 254, you’re actually in bracket 253. There’s 11 Guilds in bracket 253 so you’re showing up at the top of Bracket 254, where there’s only 9 Guilds.
You’ll be rewarded based on your performance in bracket 253 at the end of the week.
This only happens very rarely and we think we know what’s causing it so hopefully we’ll have it fixed soon.
