Guild member unable to get into their account

Hi all I have a guild member unable to get back into gems after they uninstalled and reinstalled.
From what I can gather they could not get in on their Apple mini iPad as it redirected them to update which for whatever reason wouldn’t, so they uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix this and now had to create a whole new account but on the same email. They have requested help but I thought id ask here to see if it can be sorted quicker. Any help is so very appreciated :slight_smile:

Basically the best option is these ticket to support. And it helps if they include as much info about their old account add possible. Eg invite code, hero name, hero level etc. It’s Monday here in Australia so hopefully the support team should be on it reasonably quickly.

Thankfully I can provide the info for them as they are still listed in the guild. They are filling in the support ticket now and thank you for your reply :slight_smile:
