What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
The game crashed on loading screen after the 5.4 update. It force me to restart my laptop as it shows a BSoD a.k.a Blue Screen of Death. That’s why I can’t show the screenshot.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This issue happened randomly when I login and play the game.
