Flash Offer Error

I opened up my game and it said there was a Flash Offer for $1.99 for a minor Clans Orb and 100 Gems with a Stock of 5. I purchased 4 of them, went to go purchase the 5 one, the Flash Offer icon disappeared and now I can’t purchase the last one of the offer.

I checked and I only received 4 Orbs, 400 Gems, and 4 confirmation purchase email from Microsoft/Xbox.

I’m only 10 points away from increasing my VIP level, so, I would like to purchase the last Flash Offer item that I should be able too, but can’t because it disappeared on me before I could do so.

Not sure if there is anything you can do, but thanks for reading this post. I appreciate it.

Sorry you experienced this! I’ve checked your account logs and I can see that all 5 Offers correctly went through.
