[Fixed] Warcoins awarded in alt account, nothing in my main account

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

That I’ll receive warcoins after completing Nexus quest battles. This is so because my alt account got awarded with warcoins (ios,iPad).

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
After weekly reset, in Steam, main account. I completed the new kingdom quest. Did not get anything.

Before reset, ios iPad, alt account. I completed the new kingdom quest, got awarded with warcoins. I realized my main account is disadvantaged.

Same here - i didn’t get any warcoins after finishing quests.

Not sure if it had to do something with my post here, but i’ve just received 15coins for finishing nexus

Another issue fixed quickly and with proper compensation. Honestly with the way the AW issue was handled even though I wasn’t affected put me off the game a bit but with the way this issue and the gems for the kingdom pass issue was handled has given me a bit of hope for future bugs/issues and actually makes me want to play a little bit more.
