For the past two days I have been trying to use my daily 7 free torches that I am supposed to receive, but I have not received any free torches anymore.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It has happened at least for the past 2 days where I did not receive my daily 7 free torches.
Steps to make it happen again
