Extremely Slow Server Responsiveness

Platform, device version and operating system:
PC, Steam client, Game: 4.2.0.07, OS: Windows 7 (64-bit) Home Premium Service Pack 1

What were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting a normal and smooth operation in the game.
However, the server is extremely sluggish and the loading times are all very slow.
It can take 30-40 seconds to enter a match or to see the results screen, etc.
Yesterday night, I was unable to load the game. (rainbow circle was continuously rotating only).
My ISP found no problems. I found no problems on my PC nor any firewall issues.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
All the time now. It started happening since yesterday.

Steps to make it happen again:

  • Play the game on PC - Steam client.

When this happens to me this is what works for me:
1 close and restart the game if that doesn’t the trick then
2 shut down and restart PC.

And if that doesn’t help there might indeed be a problem somewhere with the servers. This might also be because the dev’s are uploading new gamecontent and if that’s the case it shouldn’t last more then a day or so… That my experience at least :slight_smile:
