Explore menu freeze [NEED MORE INFO]

I think this was something Salty and Ozball said was something they couldn’t solve and wanted more bug reports to this issue.

Platform, device version and operating system:

Maybe I can offer more system info in a DM but i’m unsure which are personal computer identifiers rather than version type.

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
To be able to exit to the map by pressing the X button

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
once awhile, maybe 2-5% of the time I exit without completing the explore run

Steps to make it happen again
Exit out of explore after winning a streak of battles without completing the explore run.

i can 2nd that i see this issue occasionally as well while playing on Win10/Steam

happens all of the time on Xbox One as well.

It is a very frequent occurrence that I have no idea how the devs haven’t seen it yet.

In a less frequent occurrence, sometimes the game changes my home kingdom while leaving an explore chest even though I’m still on the Explore interface. On one occasion, I swear it changed it without pressing the A button at any point.

It’s getting worse…

The workaround is - enter the kingdom, exit the kingdom and then re-enter it - now it won’t freeze on exit
