What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Clicked on Purchase for the Eternal Flame Pack in the shop but there was an error and I didn’t receive the items in the pack. My account was deducted the $18.97 but no items.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Well I don’t want a second pack so I’m not willing to take a chance on losing the cash again.

Definitely send in a support request on this. They will certainly take care of it for you. I had something similar happen one time and they got it squared away.
