[Contact Support] Purchased come late or not at all

Last several months I have got everything what I pay hour late, day late or not getting at all!! I know some in my guild have same problem, but others have got all what they pay, but late. And tried anything what was adviced to do in support page, but those didn’t work and all my settings are right.

And I also send tickets(3 now), which noone is answering!! It’s been over 2,5 weeks! So trying this way now. So I bought pvp-pass, which didn’t get activated. My money is gone. I have send recipes and everything, but like I said noone is answering those. Support in this game isn’t existing it seems.

I actually thought that I would even buy it 2nd time, but there aren’t way to do that, since I don’t have button in game anymore, where I could buy it.

I’m thinking asking my money back from google, but I’m affraid that my account will get banned or something. What should I do and why noone isn’t answering anything?

Usually they are very good about responding to issues with purchases. Hopefully they will see this and respond.

It’s worrying to hear that support tickets concerning the non-delivery of real money purchases are going unanswered for 2+ weeks.

And they also promised to look why those bought things are coming late.

It’s not bank issue, since I have bought several thing before without any problems. This delay started couple months ago and some of my guild mates have it too. One even said that her 2nd accout gets everything delayed and 1st one doesn’t have that problem.
