For the past week or so, my daily log-in reward is not working. I’m not talking about the one that comes in the mail. I’m talking about the one that you get for for starting the game, that increases with sequential daily log-in. When I launch the game, it does the pop-up screen and shows that it is giving me the reward, but it never increases my available gold. Has anyone had this problem? How did you fix it? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be welcome too, if no one has fixed this problem before. Thanks.
Maybe I’m not understanding your question correctly, but the reward that you receive in the mail is the true payout. The pop-up notifies you what you will receive once you claim your daily reward, but you actually have to go to your mail to claim that reward (in other words it’s not given twice).
At least that’s always been my experience.
What your describing is the way in used to work about 1/2 year ago or so. They changed it, as the poster above indicated, now you get the reward in the mail.
