[Contact Support] Trials Show Completed but Aren't

Android Latest Version, Samsung s23

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expected to show the current trial level, whats shown is that trials are completed up to Epic level

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Since epic trials were released

Steps to make it happen again
Play the game

Same on Switch. I have all trials complete!

Please contact Support via Ticket and please also include the following details:

  • Invite Code
  • Platform
  • Please include screencaptures of the “Complete” trials in the Kingdom Menu
  • Please send screencaptures of the incomplete Trials/ your Trial Progress for that Kingdom

Same issue on the Xbox version. The included screenshot shows the kingdom information screen. The issue relates to the trials progress section, on this screen. Once entering the trials menu, the individual trials correctly show their completed status.

For future reference should i do that instead of trying to contact devs on the forums?

No, The forums is the place to go for bug reports. Sometimes with certain cases like these you may be asked to escalate with a Support ticket for your own privacy reasons or if the development team might need more information to investigate or resolve your issue.

In that case, the game should direct people to the forum instead of to the support center.
