All guests are done but the " complete all the quests" checkbkx is not checked

What happens if you click the green arrow on that task?
Literally nothing
Could you also take a picture of the kingdom screen, showing the completed quests? Having both parts of this would either clearly show the bug to the devs (and thus speed up the fix) or would show something that you might have overlooked.

Definitely file a support ticket so @Kafka and/or other support staff can manually fix your account, since that does look weird:

Do you have all of the quests done? Maybe they have it set not to upgrade until you have every kingdom quest done?
