Wow, another new mythic and we still haven’t seen Kurandara in the forge yet. This is getting a little depressing from a collector standpoint. (Not to mention, the pets.)

What about The Sun and chests /soulforge?

I immediately check whether it’s a super mythic (boss) or not, and im glad there isnt any new boss troop

that wouldn’t show up until week 9/10 if anything…

ouch… i hope there wont be …

That’s probably true, but the component (Heart of Rage) for Enraged Kurandara was out right from the start. And having scoped the craftable mythic, assets were already in game files.

@Saltypatra

Normally I like campaigns. What I find somewhat of a killjoy however are tasks that run for more than one day. This week for instance 3x complete adventure board.

Suggestion: I don’t mind doing the campaign over a span of the whole week. Then only activate some tasks for one day and keep the others locked. Yes it is essentially the same as adventure board, but the frustration to have to wait, because it was designed to hold the player back, is unnecessary. Like this we have a feel of accomplishment and you have happier players.

Thanks!

@ 880 points, so free can skip week 10, as a whole (last book @ 850, last writs @ 880)

Same, as last one.

this might be a step into a direction, some people suggested like @ChunkyMono :
they will make rewards from Elite Pass be equivalent of few hundreds of gems and than, after another few campaigns, there will be an option for free players to get the pass with gems… but it basicaly be eqivalent to rewards in gems/keys from elite pass

price in cash will stay same, price in gems will be much much higher than 10$( if you would like to buy gems for cash intead and pay with gems… )

at least, that might be a way of making the pass more attractive

does this means :
a. with 14 -15 yellow gems on board, i can get an extra turn (based on description)

b. with 64 yellow gems, i only have 9% chance of getting an extra turn (based on boost ratio)

???

@Saltypatra

help, im confused

Guess it means: For each yellow gem, game will roll with a 7% chance of success.
It does not mean, you will have 70% chance on extra turn with 10 yellow gems, but 10x 7% chances of getting one. Like on lottery → each yellow gem on board means, you get 1 extra tickect for extra turn. Each ticket has 7% chance of winning. Boost ratio is probably making it more blur.

It’s probably like this:

number of gems chance for success chance for fail change for sucess (bad wording)
1 7% 93% 7%
2 14% 86% 14%
3 20% 80% 21%
4 25% 75% 28%
5 30% 70% 35%
6 35% 65% 42%
7 40% 60% 49%
8 44% 56% 56%
9 48% 52% 63%
10 52% 48% 70%
11 55% 45% 77%
12 58% 42% 84%
13 61% 39% 91%
14 64% 36% 98%
15 66% 34% 100%
16 69% 31% 100%
17 71% 29% 100%
18 73% 27% 100%
19 75% 25% 100%
20 77% 23% 100%
21 78% 22% 100%
22 80% 20% 100%
23 81% 19% 100%
24 82% 18% 100%
25 84% 16% 100%
26 85% 15% 100%
27 86% 14% 100%
28 87% 13% 100%
29 88% 12% 100%
30 89% 11% 100%

Edit: as @TheIdleOne has posted, it might just be a bad wording, added extra column for such cases

They have used poor choices of wording for other abilities in the past. The fact it shows a boost ratio makes me inclined to think its an addition and not separate checks.

That might also be true. Fully agree.

As far back as Lyrasza and Deep Hive troops, we know devs understand the word “independent”, which is not mentioned here.

However, the ratio is actually wrong. For troops with armor into damage bonus, it is presented thus:
2:1 ratio = every 2 of my armor into 1 more damage

Now given it says 7:1 boost, what do you need 7 of, to produce 1 more of each time? If it says 1:7, then it’ might actually mean 1 more yellow gem for 7 more % of [cumulative] chance.

usualy ratio 7:1 means you need 7 of something to get +1
x7 is the ratio that would match the description (check Dawnbringer or troops that give extra damage based on blue allies/enemies etc. they all have x#)

You are right. I was reversing the 7:1 to 1:7 to illustrate the X for Y, but the game presents it as “7x”.
The question is still, what do I need 7 of, to get 1 of, according to the 7:1 ratio.

It almost certainly means that you will have a 70% chance for an extra turn with 10 yellow gems, never mind the wording. There’s a very small chance their developer had a brain seizure and insisted on rolling up a random number for each yellow gem.

For a troop that’ll likely go in the hole and never used; conversation is moot.
