A co-guild leader would be nice. Sometimes you want someone with the same powers as the gl. For me running various guilds a co-gl is what I already use. Though I have to log in to do gl tasks since the co-gl is only able to do so much.

This is something I would really like to see get added to the game. Example of this is a known troll got invited into our guild. Person invited him though didn’t know who they were. Our GM travels a lot. Lucky for us he was on and able to kick that person out.
if not though, that person could been stuck with us for day or two without us able to get rid of him. Could list two dozen reasons why this is a great idea.

Make permissions editable by the guild leader so they can grant (or not) kick (or other) permissions to other key members (or ranks).

This is the right answer. Let the guild leader decide what permissions are held by what ranks. Then, literally everyone can be happy.
