[Account issue - please contact Support] Can't enter the offers with Error-Code 2622-1502

Tried to enter the offers, but never got it with Error-Code 2622-1502

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time I try since I began to play the game

Steps to make it happen again
Just trying to enter the Offers.

Changing of language/WLAN/account didn’t help.
