Let’s be 100% clear. 99% of you can easily attain 2 devil’s per day (minus the 23 hours and 55 minutes that wasn’t possible this week).
0.05% can attain 3 Devil’s daily.
Can anyone attain 4 or 5? Maybe according to the devs who said there’s no hard cap. Math says it’s basically improbable of you to get 5 a day due to the drop rate though. But clearly based on their coding they aren’t ever too worried about numbers making sense. 
But hey as everyone knows folks don’t have a million to 1 chance of winning the lottery, they have a “rare chance” at winning the lottery.
I wish me being embarrassed for the game had the same percentage as getting 5 devil’s a day.
