Well, I will never have that many keys ever, so let us hope that I will soon get it with luck, burnt less than 100 without getting it, but I am only an average player, like most.

Over 80 keys before daemon gnome dropped.
Closing in on 100 keys & still no HOR.
But all kinds of cedricks…

I spent close to 200 Vault Keys chasing down a Daemon Gnome. Did manage to pull a Heart of Rage in the middle of that spree, and even scored a pair of Vault Keys from the regular gnomes.
