I went to level up my Nymph which was level 5, and she was back to level 1. Could this be a bug or is it part of the game? Thanks. This is on Xbox. It just came to mind that maybe I did not confirm the upgrade. I must have because the amount of souls were deducted from my total.
This wasn’t something we have come across over the years. It would be great if there’s a screen recording or some evidence.
Try restarting the game and check if the troop is still at level 1. It would be very weird if the souls were lost and the troop is not leveled.
