I don’t know if it is fixed yet or not but on X-Box One I was able to target Skulls with Valkyrie and Giant Spider, try as I may, iOS just isn’t having any of that
You can no longer target skulls they fixed that with the last patch
When the app quits out by itself when not in the foreground and you’re awarded your first loss in two weeks.

Not being able to downgrade kingdoms back to 9. Due to the new matchmaking I have no need for extra magic anymore.
I would dance a jig on the fact that i do not have any kingdoms at level 10 but someone would get mad at me. I am suspicious about leveling a kingdom to 10.
I’ve seen enough proofs during my GoW adventure, that upgrading everything to the max nets you a very boring PVP mde with neverending amounts of mabs, maws and IKs.

If i thought it was ok i would ask to have my player level lowered to level 1 again but keep all my stats and stuff.
Making a full board of 4/5 skull matches and not of them triggering my troops to attack and watching the ai take control and attack with my created skulls.

When you match three skulls so Maw doesn’t have a chance to Devour you, and another three skull match opportunity immediately drops down for your opponent.

When you have a hard fought battle, it’s down to their last troop and your last troop. The next skull or spell will win. You carefully control the board mana starving them and negating skull matches as best as possible. You finally get the last 3-gem match to cast your spell, leaving the opponent with nothing but useless mana matches. AI matches and cascades into a 4 match which brings up 3 skulls… And you lose… Your victory stolen by RNGesus!!!

Earning major traitstones with glory keys. I get plenty of those from gold keys, and my glory keys are too dear to waste on major traitstones.

Mostly certain this thread is intended to be about things in the game that irritate you.
It was a shot at a change in the game that got the ire of such a group.
I wasn’t going to comment, but what the hell.
I am disappointed by the community’s response to @Personette’s disapproval of what many consider a minor change to something that “just doesn’t matter.” It’s true that this is a very small thing to get upset over, and I’d certainly never say anything on my own. However, as a female, I recognize her perspective and don’t think she’s wrong. The Hero is a generic stand-in for the player, and can be considered an avatar representing yourself in the game world. Many people, when given the option, will elect to make their avatar of their same gender, so they can better relate to the fantasy. When the icon (previously gender-neutral) skews male, that is a slight disappointment to many female players. Is it the end of the world? No. Is it a reason to uninstall the game, reduce play time? Obviously not. But it is a regression, and she is well within her right to express disapproval of that design decision.
The community has marginalized her perspective, called her a number of names (SJW, above, is a perjorative term) for deigning to, politely, voice her disappointment. I thought we were a better community than this.
