It works, but everyone can see it, so no one to date has found a use for it.

I guess people have put in a request in the past for a private guild area?

With Guild Update 2.1 fingers crossed.

Not sure whether a private guild area is even possible on a Discourse forum, but yes, the topic has been discussed in the past.

It should be possible to create a group-PM, invite anyone you want, and nobody else will see it. It’s not the best solution, but it works.
