What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Our guild won yesterday’s GW. I opened the game on Android and got the win screen altho we were suddenly matched to a guild we did not fight. I expected the achievement to pop once I started playing on laptop, but it didn’t! Am I now expected to start my game on my laptop after a GW win to get the achievement? Why does the information of winning the day not carry over towards pc?

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
Win a GW day, start your game on android the next day, get win screen there and no Steam achievement when you switch to playing on pc

This is likely linked to other reports around their GW scores not updating till later. This is not related to playing on two different platforms.
Which we are investigating.

As the results didn’t update, the Achievement has not triggered. We do not have access to your platform data to trigger an achievement retroactively.
