Talent Development level - summing by all hero classes

I’d like to suggest some bonuses for talents depending on their development. Increasing some skills that belong to talent or maybe an extra skill for the full development.

Talent level is calculated as a sum of levels of all hero classes that have this talent. For example, Stone talent can be met in classes Plaguelord, Runepriest, Sentinel and Titan. So maximum is 400, or if you take an average level, it’s 100. That’s when all these classes are at championship level 100. Then Stone may receive another skill (“All Dwarves receive 1 Armor each turn”) or improve existing skills (“Hammer Mastery”: “Gain 3 Magic if using a Hammer” instead of 2 Magic, for instance).

Your suggestion has merit and would probably encourage players to boost less attractive trees and their associated classes. I think the problem is that their are insufficient different trees considering the number of classes that we will eventually have. That’s why the class system is so off balance; there are only so many permutations available and that manifests itself as some being extremely useful (like all stone tree classes, cunning and fire also spring to mind) and others lacking any synergy whatsoever, such as the latest addition: Slayer. The class system needs a major overhaul and your suggestion is a good place to start.
